We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of GTM Recruiting to lead a dynamic team in a high-growth tech environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing GTM Recruiting team.
  • Set and drive metrics for pipeline quality, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
  • Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to translate recruitment needs into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor pipeline health and proactively identify risks to leadership.
  • Champion process quality across interviews, calibrations, and offer stages.
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating leadership-level roles.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading GTM recruiting teams.
  • Proven track record of developing recruiters through feedback, one-on-ones, and coaching.
  • Strong analytical instincts with the ability to translate pipeline data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced organization.
