The Global Tax Manager will lead the quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision for both US and international tax. This role involves managing the preparation, review, and filing of corporate tax returns across various jurisdictions while ensuring compliance with SOX controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead quarterly/annual ASC 740 tax provision for US and international tax.
  • Manage preparation, review, and filing of corporate tax returns across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee tax workpapers, tax provisions, returns, and planning with SOX controls.
  • Collaborate with tax authorities and advisors on direct tax issues.
  • Oversee international indirect tax compliance (VAT, GST).
  • Coordinate tax journal entries, reconciliations, and disclosures with finance.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • CPA and/or MS in Taxation preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of US corporate and international tax laws.
  • Deep ASC 740 expertise for multinational corporations.
  • Experience with Netsuite, Logisense, Avalara is a plus.
