As a Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager at Outreach, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy that aligns with business priorities. You will work closely with various partners to create and implement co-marketing initiatives, leveraging diverse channels to maximize impact and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and own the global partner marketing strategy and annual plan.
  • Create tailored co-marketing motions for priority partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to promote announcements and create co-branded content.
  • Plan and execute joint co-marketing campaigns, including webinars and events.
  • Manage market development fund (MDF) program and track ROI.
  • Adapt global campaigns for regional execution in NA and EMEA.
  • Measure campaign performance against pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate partner presence at corporate and third-party events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in partner or channel marketing.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and managing MDF programs.
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
