Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Executive Assistant to work remotely in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CEO calendars, organizing meetings, and supporting executive projects.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize meetings
  • Manage CEO calendar and schedule
  • Manage CEO inbox; screen and respond to emails
  • Coordinate deadlines and refine leadership presentations
  • Plan agendas and minutes; support executive projects
  • Negotiate vendors and key resources for best pricing
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of executive assistant experience
  • 10+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills
  • Ability to develop client-ready presentations
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
