We are seeking dedicated beta testers with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel to help us refine our custom-built inventory and sales tracking software. If you have experience working with financial data, especially in Excel-based applications, we’d love your help in testing our program. ------------------------------------- Role Overview ------------------------------------- As a beta tester, you'll play a key role in identifying potential issues, improving functionality, and ensuring the software meets the needs of users. Your feedback will help enhance the overall user experience and ensure the software’s reliability and performance. ------------------------------------- Responsibilities ------------------------------------- Review and test all aspects of the Excel-based software based on provided testing guidelines. Identify and report any bugs, inconsistencies, or performance issues, focusing on data accuracy, calculations, and overall functionality. Suggest enhancements for usability, efficiency, and performance optimizations. Provide detailed feedback on any edge cases or scenarios that may have been overlooked. ------------------------------------- Requirements ------------------------------------- Proven experience with QA testing for software applications, particularly financial, inventory, or sales-related systems. Proficiency in Excel with a strong understanding of financial reporting principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to follow structured testing protocols and document findings effectively. ------------------------------------- Preferred Qualifications ------------------------------------- Previous experience testing Excel-based applications.
