Join Goodnotes as a strategic and creative Growth Marketing Design Contractor, working closely with our Brand Design Lead and Growth Marketing team to deliver high-impact design assets that drive customer acquisition and engagement. This full-time contractor role offers remote, hybrid, or Hong Kong office flexibility and requires a passion for innovation, collaboration, and measurable business growth through digital-first, conversion-optimized marketing visuals.

Job Overview

As a Growth Marketing Designer, you'll be responsible for concepting, producing, and optimizing digital marketing assets across paid media, CRM, website, and product landing pages. Your work will directly support growth initiatives, creative experimentation, and performance marketing in global markets while maintaining the integrity of the Goodnotes brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver digital marketing assets for paid social, email, website, and landing pages that align with performance and brand goals.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Brand teams to test and optimize ad creatives and landing pages based on data insights and campaign performance.
  • Contribute to growth-focused creative ideation and iterative testing frameworks.
  • Take ownership of asset production across various formats, specs, and channels while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Apply and adapt the Goodnotes brand flexibly across performance marketing needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital design with a focus on marketing and performance creative.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first marketing design work with measurable impact.
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); After Effects and Webflow are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing design best practices, including mobile-first and direct response creative.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in product-led or tech companies, especially in consumer, education, or productivity sectors.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, adapt to feedback, and iterate designs based on performance data.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
