This role focuses on evolving the customer success team to enhance AI product adoption and drive organizational transformation within the company. The Head of Customer AI Transformation will define ROI-validated AI use cases, embed them in customer success tooling, and enable seamless seat-to-AI conversion across renewal motions. You will also be responsible for upskilling teams and evolving service delivery for the AI era.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolve the customer success team to drive AI product adoption.
  • Define ROI-validated AI use cases and embed in customer success tooling.
  • Enable seat-to-AI conversion across renewal motions.

  • Run targeted proofs of concept with strategic customers.
  • Serve as escalation hub and product liaison for AI customer experience issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in customer success, services, or revenue operations within enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of AI, generative AI, LLMs, and agent orchestration.
  • Post-sales depth in customer success, renewals, services, and partner delivery.
  • Ability to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes for senior tech leaders.
  • Experience with revenue targets, pricing, and renewals.
