The Corporate Recruiter will execute and manage full-cycle recruiting processes while strategically partnering with operational hiring leaders to meet the company’s talent needs. This role requires establishing and maintaining relationships with various departments and delivering qualified, diverse candidate pipelines for active roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strategically partner with operational hiring leaders.
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
  • Analyze interview data and own the closing and offer process.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding through partnership with People Operations.
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Deliver qualified, diverse pipelines for active roles.
  • Actively network and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
  • Implement inclusive hiring strategies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience or a mix of corporate/agency experience; start-up experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with a company size of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills in handling multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Familiarity with job board platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Experience working in G-Suite, Slack, Jira, and Okta.
  • Comfortable using a Macbook.
  • Ability to engage and close direct and passive candidates.
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
