Content Consultant Role

We are seeking an Associate Academy Content Consultant to design and develop engaging learning experiences including e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), and quizzes. This role involves collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define content and objectives, applying instructional design principles, and coordinating video post-production with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences (e-learning, ILT, quizzes).
• Collaborate with SMEs to define content and objectives.
• Apply instructional design principles guided by the team.
• Coordinate video post-production with an external vendor.
• Support modularization and journeys in learning content.
• Maintain and update courses as directed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of English (B2+).
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Curiosity and willingness to learn new topics.
• Experience or coursework in education or instructional design is a plus.
