We are seeking a High Performance Compute Responsible Engineer to design cutting-edge compute boards capable of delivering over 10 TFLOPS for onboard AI and ML applications. This role will involve architecting power delivery networks for high-performance multi-rail carrier boards and defining thermal interface requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design compute boards for onboard AI/ML with performance specifications of ≥10 TFLOPS.
  • Architect power delivery networks for multi-rail carrier boards, ensuring 500W+ performance.
  • Define thermal interface requirements and collaborate with the mechanical team.
  • Design and validate high-speed interfaces including PCIe Gen4/5, HBM, DDR5, and 10GbE.
  • Lead hardware bring-up and board-level validation in collaboration with software teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • BSEE with 5+ years of experience in designing high-speed digital compute boards.
  • Proficiency in high-speed PCB design, with multi-GHz signaling and SI analysis expertise.
  • Strong power integrity expertise, particularly in multi-rail PDN design.
  • Experience with PCIe Gen4/5 topology and Ethernet interconnects.
  • Firmware experience for hardware bring-up and validation.
  • Familiarity with space-grade COTS hardware, including radiation awareness and derating practices.
