HPC Responsible Engineer

Join our team as a High Performance Compute Responsible Engineer, where you will design cutting-edge HPC compute boards capable of delivering ≥10 TFLOPS for onboard AI/ML applications and data processing. You will play a pivotal role in architecting power delivery systems and defining thermal interface requirements while collaborating closely with software teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design HPC compute boards with high performance metrics.
• Architect power delivery systems for complex multi-rail designs.
• Define thermal interface requirements for mechanical packaging.
• Design and validate high-speed memory interfaces and PCIe configurations.
• Lead hardware bring-up and collaborate with software teams for integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BSEE with 5+ years of experience in high-speed compute board design.
• Proficient in high-speed PCB design and routing.
• Strong understanding of power integrity and multi-rail architectures.
• Experience with PCIe Gen 4/5 and Ethernet interfaces.
• Hands-on embedded debugging and cross-functional collaboration skills.
