We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child and Adolescent Therapist (LAPC) to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2 to 26. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans based on patient progress, while building positive and trusting rapport with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
  • Build positive, trusting rapport with patients and families.
  • Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
  • Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.
  • Participate in consultations to enhance skills and receive feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Licensed as an LAPC in Pennsylvania.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing direct therapy to children/adolescents.
  • Experience in telehealth or virtual settings.
  • Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor).
  • Flexibility to work after-school hours: after 4pm ET weekdays and weekends.
  • Strong clinical judgment and documentation abilities.
