Integration Engineering Manager

As a Senior Manager of Integration Engineering at Starlink, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for integrating, testing, and evaluating satellite communication network components. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting customer adoption efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team integrating communication system components on satellites and ground stations.
• Develop tools and processes to conduct, track, and improve testing methodologies.
• Ensure system performance and compliance with regulatory licenses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with leadership on project roadmaps.
• Stay updated with internal technology and regulatory changes to support commercial initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in satellite technology.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical and non-technical teams.
• 7+ years of experience in integrating/testing cellular protocols (3G/4G/5G, WiFi).
• 7+ years of experience with Linux and automation tooling.
• Familiarity with lab/test equipment and signal processing theory.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Stash, Bamboo) and version control systems (Git, Gerrit, SVN).
• Excellent communication skills.
