We are seeking a skilled Avionics Manufacturing Technician specializing in wire harnessing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing wire harnesses, PCB assemblies, test racks, and enclosures while collaborating closely with engineering teams to translate concepts into tangible hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct wire harnesses and PCB assemblies.
  • Build test racks and enclosures.
  • Iterate electronic components and cables in collaboration with engineering.
  • Accurately read wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Verify flight hardware and document outcomes in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in wire harness manufacturing.
  • 2+ years of experience using electronics equipment such as DMMs and oscilloscopes.
  • 5+ years of experience using basic hand tools.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience handling flight hardware in a high-speed production environment.
