As a Starlink Production Technician on the 2nd shift, you will be integral to the assembly and production of satellite components and electrical sub-assemblies. This role requires hands-on experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing and a commitment to quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build electrical sub-assemblies and assemble satellite components.
  • Assemble PCB assemblies into product chassis.
  • Build battery modules, solar modules, and arrays.
  • Perform wire harnessing, soldering, and de-soldering of through-hole/SMT.
  • Support conformal coating, masking, epoxy application, and related processes.
  • Conduct functional tests of built hardware including setup, instrumentation, and teardown.
  • Operate automated equipment; troubleshoot and maintain as necessary.
  • Develop prototype test capabilities for spacecraft components.
  • Identify, install, and implement test equipment and data acquisition systems.
  • Run test setups across thermal, shock, vacuum, and vibration.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ year hands-on work experience.
  • 2+ years of electro-mechanical or precision manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read layout and mechanical drawings, schematics, and parts lists.
  • Proficient with PC, Windows, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with electrical wiring and setting up tests.
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident or eligible for export authorizations.
  • Willing to work 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
