Commercial HVAC Technician

Join our team as a Commercial HVAC Technician, where you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing various commercial HVAC systems. Our company specializes in maintaining optimal indoor climates for businesses by ensuring their HVAC equipment operates efficiently. This position involves hands-on work with rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps, allowing you to utilize your expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to sustain performance.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace worn components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Follow safety standards, codes, and internal policies on every job.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training or certification preferred.
• 4+ years in HVAC service technician role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
