Key Features: • AR Space Scanning: Utilize mobile device cameras to scan rooms and generate floor plans with precise edge detection. • 2D/3D Floor Plan Creation: Provide tools for users to create, customize, and visualize floor plans. • Design Customization: Allow users to add and modify design elements such as furniture, decor, and layout. • Export and Share: Support exporting floor plans in common formats (e.g., PNG, PDF, CAD) and sharing via email or social media. • User-Friendly Interface: Develop an intuitive UI that offers a seamless user experience for both professionals and consumers. Technical Requirements: • AR Technology: Experience with ARKit, ARCore, or similar SDKs. • Mobile Development: Proficient in developing for iOS and Android using Swift, Kotlin, or cross-platform tools like React Native or Flutter. • 3D Modeling & Rendering: Familiarity with tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, or custom 3D rendering engines. • Edge Detection: Implement robust edge detection for accurate room measurements and mapping.
