AI Field Consultant

As an AI Field Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in establishing domain credibility within the grocery retail and CPG sectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying AI use cases that can significantly enhance business operations and drive organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish domain credibility in grocery retail and CPG.
• Identify AI use cases that positively impact the business.
• Lead discovery workshops and map out use cases.
• Demonstrate the platform with tailored demos to stakeholders.
• Own adoption initiatives and drive change management processes.
• Travel to partner sites (50%+ of the time) as part of a field-first role.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in grocery retail/CPG and B2B consulting.
• Deep domain fluency across merchandising, supply chain, operations, or e-commerce.
• Experience running consultative discovery with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in leading organizational change management and training initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, and workshop tools like Miro or Lucidspark.
