As an Account Director at Superside, you will lead and grow a portfolio of strategically important enterprise customers, managing the full customer lifecycle from pre-sale scoping through delivery, renewal, and expansion. This role is crucial in ensuring customers view Superside as a long-term creative partner, driving retention and expansion while delivering high-quality results across complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to enterprise customers.
  • Drive commercial growth by managing senior stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to ongoing support and renewal.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance creative performance and address customer needs.
