Key Responsibilities
  • Verify small businesses via social media, geolocation, or requested information.
  • Contribute to the implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Monitor credit exposure by reviewing account balances and credit limits.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to streamline communication and customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services, tech, compliance operations, or a related field.
  • Ability to spot patterns from discrete data points such as social media and financial data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
  • Ability to balance risk mitigation with customer experience and conflict resolution.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative team player in a fast-paced startup environment.
