UX Designer Role

Software Mind is seeking a dynamic UX Designer to join their team, specializing in creating mockups and prototypes using Figma. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product Designer to understand the vision and business implications behind designs. This role requires autonomy, self-sufficiency, and strong communication skills. Candidates must have a solid understanding of UX best practices, design systems, and Figma. Collaboration with various stakeholders is key, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The role offers flexible schedules, opportunities for continuing education, and a supportive work-life balance. Candidates must have a C1 level of English proficiency and be willing to adjust their schedules to overlap with Pacific Time Zone. A strong portfolio showcasing lead forms, web pages, and mobile design is required.
