In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web properties: working on Tines.com and associated and emerging areas. Our presence online is a vital pillar of how we show up for customers, prospects and our team – the right candidate will see their work directly contribute to our continued success.You will be involved in high-value projects from start to finish and as a contributor. Your direct colleagues and team will be design engineers and designers, and you’ll be collaborating closely with colleagues in marketing.This is a remote or semi-remote position, with the employee required to be located in Ireland.ActivitiesCollaborate with designers, marketers and the wider team to build new pages new sections, entirely new web propertiesMaintain and improve web infrastructure using existing solutions and investigating new onesIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast and efficient web applicationsWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standardsActively provide feedback for design work, from an engineering perspectiveIdentify key areas on the site and build tests to improve reliabilityExperienceRequirementsAdvanced understanding of HTML, CSS, TypeScript and ReactSelf-starter with excellent communication and project management skillsExperienceWe are especially eager to hear from individuals who have:A strong portfolio of elegant, performant websites.A track record of collaboration with design, marketing and technical teams.Frontend: Advanced level of proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies including React, Sass, GatsbyJS, NextJS.Backend: Proficiency with server-side languages and frameworks, primarily NodeJS.An affinity for data and comfort collaborating with growth teams on fast-paced experimentation to drive outcomes.
