Job Overview

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent, building stakeholder partnerships, enhancing candidate experience, providing market insights & strategy, and optimizing recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle hiring for key tech and non-tech roles
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent via direct sourcing
  • Align with hiring managers to meet hiring needs
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate journey
  • Provide data-driven insights and market trends
  • Optimize recruitment processes using technology
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Expertise hiring across tech and commercial roles
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Experience using an ATS (Lever preferred)
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
