As a Senior Support Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering executive partnerships and ensuring the success of our clients by aligning Privileged Access Management (PAM) with their strategic goals. You will oversee the renewal pipeline, conduct data-driven quarterly business reviews, and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication of client needs to our product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise C-suite and IAM leaders to align PAM with organizational goals.
  • Manage the renewal pipeline 6-9 months in advance to ensure timely renewals.
  • Lead data-driven QBRs, showcasing ROI and overall security posture.
  • Guide PAM adoption towards Just-In-Time (JIT) access, monitoring, and governance.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Drive customer experience and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) initiatives for assigned accounts.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PAM with over 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Navigate through cloud, hybrid, and on-prem IT architectures as an Identity Expert.
  • Manage a portfolio of 25-30 enterprise accounts effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in identifying expansion opportunities and managing end-to-end renewals.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM (preferably Saviynt-friendly).
  • Experience in a global high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of PAM and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
  • Ability to work with global customers across multiple time zones.
