Senior HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves performing advanced HVAC repairs, heavy component replacements, and managing circuit recovery. The successful candidate will lead the CMMS efforts to track and execute work orders across maintenance teams while providing mentorship on parts accuracy and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced HVAC repairs and heavy component replacements.
• Lead CMMS initiatives to track and execute maintenance work orders.
• Provide mentorship on parts accuracy and inventory management.
• Monitor the CMMS dashboard to prioritize calls and assign PMs.
• Document repair data to build digital unit records for 5-40 ton units.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Proficient brazing skills, rigging, and hoisting heavy motors.
• Fluency with a mobile CMMS application.
• NATE certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30 Construction Safety certification preferred.
