The Data Center Operations Systems Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the proper setup, configuration, and maintenance of server, storage, and network hardware within our data center environment. This role requires strong technical skills in hardware troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure new server, storage, and network hardware is racked, labeled, and configured.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in advanced GPU and Networking systems.
  • Document data center layout and network topology using DCIM software.
  • Manage parts depot inventory and track equipment from delivery to deployment.
  • Collaborate with HW Support to resolve incidents and share solutions.
  • Follow installation standards for placement, labeling, and cabling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with critical data-center infrastructure: power, cooling, DCIM.
  • Familiarity with DIA circuits, fiber testing, and turn-ups.
  • Basic cable optics knowledge and use cases.
  • Solid understanding of single and three-phase power; PDU balancing.
  • Knowledge of cold aisle and hot aisle containment and cable media.
  • Expertise in server hardware and boot processes.
