Job Overview

Lead sanitation operations at CookUnity facility to ensure safety and cleanliness. Manage 80+ hourly staff across multiple shifts on-site. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA/USDA, GMP, SSOP, HACCP).

Collaborate with FSQA and Operations to improve safety and quality. Maintain sanitation programs, schedules, logs, and equipment care. Oversee cleaning tasks and maintenance of dishwashing and floor machines. Available to work weekends, nights, and across shifts. Comfortable with wet, cold/hot, noisy conditions.

  • Comfortable with wet, cold/hot, noisy conditions
