Axios is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting strategies and drive exceptional candidate experiences. This full-time, remote opportunity is open to applicants across the United States. As part of the Axios team, you will help shape the organization’s hiring practices, ensuring smart, efficient, and trustworthy talent processes.

Job Overview
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function for Axios, overseeing all recruitment activities.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute recruitment campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage and mentor a remote recruiting team.
  • Ensure an efficient, engaging, and inclusive hiring process.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain data-driven recruitment metrics and analytics.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting leadership.
  • Proven success in remote team management and virtual hiring.
  • Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
