As a Solutions Engineering Manager for the Public Sector, you will lead our Solutions Engineering team, focusing on delivering innovative solutions to government clients. This remote-first position allows for flexible hours while collaborating across various time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Public Sector Solutions Engineering team.
  • Reinforce sales methodology and metrics-driven best practices.
  • Mentor Solutions Engineers on pre-sales techniques to secure new business.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors to achieve revenue targets.
  • Deliver compelling customer presentations and run Proof of Value (PoV) events.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a pre-sales environment.
  • Experience in leading a pre-sales region at a software company.
  • Background in selling to the US Federal Government (CIV, DoD, IC) and channel/FSI experience.
  • Ability to mentor SEs in consultative selling methodologies.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level customers and company leadership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Active security clearances and government vertical experience preferred.
