Production Supervisor Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead daily production across our cold process soap and natural deodorant lines. This role is crucial in meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) targets while ensuring compliance with GMPs and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations and enforce GMPs, SOPs, and sanitation practices.
• Coach shift teams, remove operational barriers, and escalate risks effectively.
• Drive root-cause solving by utilizing tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams to strengthen standard work processes.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, supervising hourly teams.
• Strong track record in fast-paced production environments with a focus on safety and quality.
• Familiarity with standard work, line balancing, and shift execution.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools and KPI management.
• Hands-on floor leadership experience with real-time coaching of operators.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and willingness to learn NetSuite ERP.
