We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, one-on-one care with clear outcomes for every client. The ideal candidate will utilize assessment and clinical reasoning to create effective action plans while owning their caseload and engaging with local referral partners to grow the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized care to each client with measurable outcomes.
Conduct assessments and apply clinical reasoning for treatment planning.
Manage your own caseload and collaborate with local referral partners.
Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education initiatives.
Work alongside the Clinic Director and Lead Clinician on clinic growth strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Licensed or license-eligible in California.
Client-first approach in practice.
Growth-oriented, coachable, and team-oriented mindset.
Culturally engaged and community-focused.
Strong clinical judgment and ownership of personal and professional growth.
