We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead our outpatient PT clinic in Alma, GA. This role involves overseeing clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and mentoring staff to enhance their professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinic operations and manage staff performance.
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy care and develop patient care plans.
  • Support in-house orthopedic and sports residency programs and educational initiatives.
  • Build community partnerships and referral networks in the Alma area.
  • Mentor clinicians and drive quality-of-life improvements for patients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active Physical Therapy license in Georgia.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.
  • Strong leadership and clinician mentorship skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to support residency and educational programs.
