Job Overview

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our team at Woo, a popular commerce platform. As a fully distributed company, we provide the flexibility for you to work from anywhere in the world. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing partner marketing programs and campaigns to help grow WooCommerce's reach and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage partner marketing programs and campaigns.
Liaise with partners to cultivate strong relationships and collaboration.
Track and measure the impact of marketing initiatives and provide data-driven reports.
Collaborate with business development to negotiate marketing obligations with partners.
Ensure campaigns are rooted in customer empathy and aligned with company interests.

Requirements & Qualifications

Extensive experience in digital and channel marketing to small and medium businesses.
Experience working directly with channel partners to execute digital marketing campaigns.
Results-oriented, analytical approach to marketing.
Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships across functions.
