The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing the master preventive maintenance program across various facility systems. This role requires close coordination with Infrastructure teams, vendors, and Operations to align maintenance activities with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage the master preventive maintenance program.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with Infrastructure teams, vendors, and Ops.
  • Create and manage Method of Procedures (MOPs), ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.
  • Track maintenance activities in real-time and follow up for completion.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts or risks and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and readiness, ensuring required materials and services are available.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in facilities/operations preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance coordination or facilities operations.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Strong coordination skills with vendors and technical teams.
  • Proficient in using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, documents, and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Data center or high-availability experience preferred.
