Our established beauty clinic in Bali is seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to conduct a comprehensive audit of our current marketing efforts and develop a strategic roadmap for improvement. We cater to high-end clients and tourists, offering premium beauty and wellness services in a luxury setting. We need expert insights to optimize our digital presence and marketing performance. ## Project Scope ### Digital Marketing Audit * Evaluate current website performance, SEO, and user experience * Assess existing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) * Review Google Business profile and online reputation * Analyze current digital advertising efforts (if any) * Examine content strategy and messaging * Evaluate competitor positioning in the Bali beauty market * Identify strengths, weaknesses, and missed opportunities ### Strategic Recommendations * Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to luxury beauty services * Create platform-specific recommendations (social media, Google, website) * Suggest optimal budget allocation across channels * Outline content strategy improvements * Recommend targeting strategies for both local and tourist markets * Provide KPIs and measurement framework * Create implementation timeline with prioritized actions ## Deliverables * Comprehensive digital marketing audit report (PDF) * Strategic recommendations document with actionable insights * 60-minute presentation of findings and strategy * 30-day roadmap for immediate implementation * Follow-up consultation (30 minutes) after initial implementation ## Required Skills & Experience * Proven experience in digital marketing for luxury/premium businesses * Understanding of the beauty/wellness industry * Experience with the Indonesian market (Bali specifically is a plus) * Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach * Knowledge of tourism/hospitality marketing (for targeting tourists) * Excellent English communication skills ## Ideal Candidate * Has audited and strategized for clinical service businesses * Understands the unique positioning of Bali in the beauty luxury market * Can balance global luxury standards with local market nuances * Takes a holistic approach to digital marketing * Provides specific, actionable recommendations rather than generic advice * Has experience with both Indonesian and international audiences ## Budget $250 USD for the complete audit and strategy package ## Application Requirements Please include in your proposal: 1.
