We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to build a comprehensive commercial contract framework to support our global expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will provide essential advice on product features, privacy, and employment law to ensure compliance across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a commercial contract framework for international growth.
• Advise on product features, privacy regulations, and employment law compliance.
• Manage a broad generalist scope including partner agreements and corporate secretarial tasks.
• Collaborate with the General Counsel to scale the legal function across different markets.
• Deliver pragmatic and timely legal support that facilitates business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Legal experience in a fast-paced startup or SME environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in commercial and contract law.
• Strong understanding of commercial landscapes and international growth.
• Fluency in German is a bonus.
• Experience with privacy topics in startups or scale-ups is a plus.
