This role involves managing the IT support queue, administering user accounts, providing local IT support, building automations, and creating/maintaining IT documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the IT support queue in Jira Service Management
  • Administer user accounts across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
  • Onboarding and offboarding with security and UX focus
  • Provide local IT support for LA and Phoenix offices
  • Build automations with JSM, Okta Workflows, and iPaaS
  • Create and maintain IT docs and knowledge base
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on Okta administration (SSO, provisioning, groups)
  • Google Workspace administration (user mgmt, Drive, security)
  • Jira Service Management (or similar SLA management)
  • Slack and Zoom administration
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes, translate business needs into tech requirements
  • Experience building automations with workflow tools (Okta Workflows, Zapier, Make)
  • Remote-friendly, distributed team
