Intelligent Automation Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Intelligent Automation Engineering Senior Manager to lead a team of Automation Engineers in designing, developing, and delivering scalable intelligent automation solutions enhanced with AI capabilities. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to assess feasibility, shape solutions, and translate business requirements into technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution of the automation roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end automation solutions, integrating RPA, APIs, and AI/ML components to deliver clear value.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in solution design, code reviews, debugging, exception handling, and performance optimization.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, security standards, and best practices for automation and AI systems.
• Manage a team of automation engineers, delivering large-scale automation programs effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing automation engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade automation solutions.
• Advanced technical leadership across Intelligent Automation and AI technologies.
• Strong experience delivering AI-enabled automation solutions.
