As a Producer in Influencer Marketing, you will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of influencer marketing initiatives are executed effectively. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple client projects while fostering collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead influencer marketing projects from kickoff to wrap, including planning and reporting.
  • Manage program timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and KPIs.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across production phases.
  • Prepare production deliverables: briefs, schedules, influencer lists, and weekly reports.
  • Coordinate influencer agreements with Business Affairs to meet program goals.
  • Travel to events/shoots as needed; share optimization insights with leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years client-facing production or influencer marketing experience.
  • Proven client services skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Ability to translate client and influencer needs into impactful content.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage 5+ strategic client projects concurrently.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable mindset, and collaborative approach.
