Groundskeeper Position

The Groundskeeper position involves seasonal lawn care and maintenance of grounds and common areas to enhance curb appeal. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Mowing, weed whacking, trimming, and leaf cleanup.
• Maintaining grounds and common areas for curb appeal.
• Preparing vacant sites for turnover with upkeep and strap-downs.
• Cleaning and sanitizing facilities including clubhouse, restrooms, and laundry.
• Inspecting amenities and reporting issues while following safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Broad maintenance knowledge; proficient with power tools and machinery.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (email) and ability to write legible reports.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Capability to lift 50 pounds.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Background check required.
