Job Overview

As a Field Account Executive in Houston, you will be responsible for building and growing a merchant network through prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. This role involves visiting merchants daily, attending local events, and nurturing relationships to represent the brand as a trusted local expert in fitness/wellness.

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow merchant network through prospecting, pitching, and closing
  • Visit merchants daily; attend local events; nurture relationships
  • Own full sales cycle from outreach to close using multiple touchpoints
  • Travel 70-80% for local and regional opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline targets
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years outbound field sales experience
  • Full-cycle sales methodology with focus on conversion
  • Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and receptive to feedback
