As an Enterprise Account Executive in the Southeast region, you will own your territory and be responsible for building a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and effective relationship management. This role requires a deep understanding of the MEDDPICC qualification process to target high-confidence deals while effectively linking Elastic's offerings to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage pipeline through proactive outbound efforts.
  • Conduct deep discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC.
  • Create value-driven storytelling and demos to demonstrate Elastic's impact on business outcomes.
  • Develop mutual deal strategies and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Negotiate and close multi-year consumption contracts at an executive level.
  • Engage in discussions around cloud economics and data architectures.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience closing enterprise SaaS deals in a consumption model.
  • Strong understanding of MEDDPICC-based discovery and qualification.
  • Experience with exec-level presentations and demos.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close high-ACV contracts.
  • Technical fluency in observability, security, and cloud cost management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and remain coachable.
