Endpoint Platform Engineer

As an Endpoint Platform Senior Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage large-scale Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions. Your role will focus on securely managing devices, applications, and data across various operating systems including macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale MDM/UEM solutions.
• Securely manage devices, applications, and data across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enforce security and compliance policies.
• Optimize mobile operations for performance and reliability.
• Architect and deploy large-scale UEM/MDM platforms.
• Automate processes using Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Build API integrations with identity and security tools like Okta.
• Define endpoint principles and establish secure baselines.
• Implement zero-touch provisioning for devices.
• Provide strong analytics and troubleshooting support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with MDM and UEM solutions.
• Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) frameworks such as SAML and OAuth.
• Strong understanding of mobile device security protocols.
• Experience with GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Familiarity with endpoint security principles.
• Willingness to be on-call for support.
