Eating Disorder Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Eating Disorder Therapist to provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy via telehealth. This role involves implementing various evidence-based therapies such as FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive care to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide family, individual, and group therapy via telehealth.
• Implement evidence-based therapies including FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 clients with 20-26 hours of direct care and administrative time.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, dietitians, mentors, and outside providers.
• Utilize Equip EMR for treatment communication and documentation.
• Attend mandatory meetings and maintain licensure in Nebraska.
• Support a diverse caseload across ages, backgrounds, and levels of acuity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nebraska psychotherapy license.
• Availability for care two evenings per week (until 8 PM in primary time zone).
• Enthusiastic team player comfortable delivering care virtually.
• Passion for evidence-based care and expanding access to mental health and eating disorder treatment.
• Flex PTO of 3-5 weeks/year plus 11 paid holidays.
