As a Lead Strategist for CRM & Loyalty, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client engagement and driving loyalty through innovative strategies and data-driven insights. You will work closely with clients to develop comprehensive loyalty programs while ensuring adherence to information security practices and data protection standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote awareness of information security practices and assess security risks.
  • Lead complex loyalty and CRM engagements end-to-end.
  • Facilitate strategic workshops with clients to develop a shared vision and action plan.
  • Design and refine loyalty strategies, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Define and own CRM and Loyalty KPIs, building measurement frameworks.
  • Continuously optimize customer experiences based on insights and performance data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to drive innovation.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Loyalty Strategy, CRM, or growth marketing.
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills and independent client engagement abilities.
  • Expertise in retention marketing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle strategy.
  • Insight-driven analytical mindset with knowledge of marketing tools.
  • Proven ability to define KPIs and quantify ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Passion for innovation and creative solutions.
