Clinical Excellence Vice President

The Vice President for Clinical Excellence will lead company-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical excellence and ensuring patient safety across Habitat Health. This role involves designing and implementing workflows, tools, and AI solutions for care delivery, as well as overseeing the primary care provider (PCP) and advanced practice provider (APP) strategies in partnership with operations to guarantee high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for clinical excellence and patient safety across the organization.
• Design and implement workflows, tools, and AI to enhance care delivery.
• Oversee PCP/APP strategy in collaboration with operations to ensure quality care.
• Partner with medical leadership to align clinical programs with population health goals.
• Serve as a clinical leader and role model for clinicians across the company.
• Drive clinical quality metrics and provide support to reduce clinician burden.

Requirements & Qualifications

• MD or DO with accredited residency/fellowship.
• 7+ years of clinical experience post-training.
• Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration.
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or emergency medicine; geriatrics preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in clinical programs and outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
