Chief Information Security Officer

The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will own the end-to-end cybersecurity program, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulations. This role involves establishing a multi-year security roadmap, driving program maturity, and embedding security in organizational planning, product, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end cybersecurity program including strategy, architecture, operations, governance, and compliance.
• Establish a multi-year security roadmap aligned with business priorities and regulations.
• Drive program maturity and embed security into planning, product, and operations.
• Develop a risk-based investment framework to prioritize initiatives and resources.
• Lead architectures across IAM, data protection, network, and zero-trust for platforms.
• Define an AI-assisted SecOps strategy to enhance detection and response capabilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 20+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven enterprise security program ownership with governance and cloud-native security.
• Deep expertise in cloud security, IAM/SSO/zero trust, SIEM/SOAR/EDR/XDR, and data security.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted security tools and automation.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to present risk to Boards.
