As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and are eager to develop their skills in behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy following treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and track session data to monitor progress.
  • Support skill development and promote positive behaviors in children.
  • Share progress with the clinical team for ongoing evaluation.
  • Engage with children in a supportive and nurturing manner.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
  • Interest in behavioral health and working with children.
  • Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.
