We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves working directly with children in various settings including their homes, schools, or clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
  • Follow treatment and behavior plans.
  • Collect and track session data.
  • Support skill development and encourage positive behavior.
  • Share progress and insights with the clinical team.
  • Work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
  • Interest in behavioral health.
  • Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.
