We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position involves leading and instructing therapists in a dynamic in-home and daycare setting during daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and instruct therapists in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior therapists.
  • Utilize graphing procedures to monitor client progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in ABA.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification and licensure.
  • 2-4 years of ABA instructional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to client needs.
